Shipping policy

All orders at are shipped for their destination within 24 hours of order placing. Orders are shipped on business days only. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are shipped on next business day. Essential points of shipping policy are written below. Read them before placing an order.


1) sends an e-mail to a customer as order gets confirmed with its system. The e-mail informs a customer when they can receive their parcel. If order does not reach on time contact our customer support sooner.


2) Order takes 8-10 business days if a customer has chosen for Express Shipment Method.


3) Order takes 12-15 business days if a customer has chosen for Post Registered Shipment Method.


4) Customers get order tracking code within 48 hours, only if they have opted for Express Shipment Method.


5) One order can be of maximum 500g. If order exceeds the mentioned weight, it will be shipped in two shipments.


6) Orders are not shipped at P.O. Boxes.


7) Customers are suggested to leave a note mentioning address and telephone number of a person who can receive parcel on their behalf, in case, if they are not available on the order delivery date at their respective places. Otherwise, a courier member will leave a note that will mention telephone number and address to which customers can contact and get their parcel.
